Custom Disc Brake Adapters...

Recently wrapped up some custom disc brake adapters for a customer's motorcycle. Very cool to be able to make something new work with something old!
I will try to post some more images of the finished product mounted, very cool stuff.

name plates, custom!

Recently ran some custom name plates for a customer, turned out to be quite a process! the customer wanted the plates powdercoated and engraved. Being up for a challenge, I decided to pick up a powder coating kit and give it a try.
Powder coating wasn't too hard, but getting good adhesion was not easy and is best left to the pro's. I found that curing the parts required at least twice the amount of time (oh, and powder!) I anticipated.
Anyhow, always up for new challenges, and I think I have figured out the powder process, but think that I would prefer to leave the painting to the pros!  ha ha...

Custom Router Part for Kuomo CNC

What is this thing? its a alignment mount and stop for a Aggregate that runs on a CNC router, in this case a Kuomo CNC router.
A local shop was having trouble with the original one installed and asked for something more robust. This one is made of steel and mounts directly into the steel ring that surrounds the spindle; not into the aluminum dust cover that Kuomo mounts theirs on.
I am always happy to do custom work, design work and to collaborate on finding solutions to things like this!
This part ran 178.00 bucks and will save the owner hours of frustration in aligning his cutter.
